Rules and Regulations for gaming event

  1. No refunds unless there are technical difficulties.
  2. In case of any conflicts between the participants or teams, the event organizers have the last say in the matter.
  3. The participants need to bring their own controllers. Controllers and gamepads will not be provided by the college.Students must provide their ID cards when signing up for the game of their choice.
  4. All the students participating in a team event must have their college ID cards if not then the entire team will be disqualified.
  5. The entry fee must be paid immediately.
  6. External storage devices i.e. Pen drives, hard disks etc. are not allowed.
  7. If the match is disrupted due to unnecessary chatting, the player may be given a warning or lose by default at the administrators sole discretion.
  8. Two warnings constitute being disqualified from the Tournament/Preliminaries
  9. Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, that player will be disqualified from the Tournament/Preliminaries.
  10. Use of any form of cheating or intentional disconnection will result in that player/team to be disqualified.
  11. Failing to abide any of the aforementioned rules will result in immediate disqualification.

Counter strike 1.6

  1. This is a team event. Each team can consist of a maximum of 5 players.
  2. The entry fee for each team is Rs.100.
  3. The matches will be held in a tournament structure.
  4. Each game consists of a preliminary knife round. The winning team can decide to either play as the terrorists or the counter-terrorists.
  5. The map for the main matches will be decided by the game administrator.
  6. The winner of each match will advance to the next round.
  7. Players may change the setting of the game within the limits which are permitted by the game administrator. The player must reset all the settings to their default state after their match is finished.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005)

  1. This is a solo event.
  2. Entry fee is Rs.50.
  3. The matches will be held in a tournament structure.
  4. 4 players are made to compete against each other at once and the winner will advance to the next round.
  5. The track will be decided by the game administrator.
  6. The race type will be decided by the game administrator.
  7. The participants are allowed to choose from a predefined set of cars.
  8. The participants are not allowed to tune or change the parts of the cars.
  9. Participants are not allowed to change the settings of the game.

FIFA

  1. This is a solo event.
  2. Entry fee is Rs.50.
  3. The matches will be held in a tournament structure.
  4. The game is played in a PvP fashion and the winner of each match shall advance to the next round.
  5. All teams are available for the players to choose.
  6. The time limit for each half is 3 minutes for the knockout stages. The time limit is for each half is 5 minutes from the semi-finals.
  7. Participants are not allowed to change the settings of the game.
  8. Participants are allowed to change the button mapping of the game but they must reset it to default after their game is finished.
